HEARTS FOR HAITI – Palace Theatre Albany, NY

EQX has partnered with Mayor Jerry Jennings, The City of Albany, the Palace Theatre & Albany Medical Center to assist with relief efforts in Haiti.  

The “Hearts for Haiti” benefit concert is happening THIS Thursday, February 11^th, 7:00 pm at the Palace Theatre starring:  The Audio Stars, Sirsy, Slick Fitty, Jill Hughes, David Malachowski and the Woodstock All Stars. 

Tickets are $15 and available at the Palace Theatre Box Office, 518-465-4663 and www.ticketmaster.com.

All performers, staff, stagehands and technical support are being donated to produce this event.

All proceeds will benefit Partners in Health, a 4-star charity affiliated with Albany Medical Center who have been established in Haiti for 20 years and are organizing medical personnel, volunteers & supplies for the relief effort. 

In conjunction with the concert, Albany Medical Center is launching a “Hearts For Haiti” fundraising campaign in which the public can buy a paper red heart for a contribution of at least $1, with all proceeds also benefiting Partners in Health. Hearts can be purchased at Albany Medical Center in the following locations:  Choices Cafe from 10 am to 2 pm weekdays, or in the Volunteer Office (E-136) or the Office of Family & Community Medicine (TS-101).
