I thought I'd left radio for good back in the 90's - when I was newly married, with my first kid on the way, and a minty fresh M.B.A. But 'EQX had me back in November of 2009 for a 25th anniversary (theirs, not mine) shift and I saw that my plastic Batman bubble bath dispenser, which I left there in 1993, was still standing sentry over the studio, awaiting my return. It felt so good to put those headphones back on, and here I am again after all this time, the only difference is, what was fresh 'EQX then is now known as "Vintage 'EQX."  But there's been so much excellent alternative rock released since then, and this is really the only place around to hear it. So I will gladly set out for Manchester each weekend and spend some quality time with you.

In the interim, I've been hiding in plain sight, commuting to Albany daily to slave away in a cubicle, playing in a couple of bands and uploading my vast bootleg video collection (and some home-made experiments) to youtube . It's great to be back!
