Thirteen years is a lifetime in the music industry, but for Rusticator, it’s just the foundation. Since forming in 2013, this Capital Region quartet has evolved into a definitive voice in the Northeast Americana scene, blending a “woody” acoustic backbeat with the sophisticated textures of jazz-inflected fiddle and seamless three-part harmonies. They’re a staple of the Albany area’s most iconic stages—including Caffe Lena, FreshGrass, and the Freedom Park Concert Series. Whether they are performing at a packed brewpub or a historic theater, Rusticator delivers a sound that is rooted in tradition but fueled by a decade-plus of shared musical intuition.
Rollin’ in Gravy food truck joins once again, and all are invited to Mowry Park for an evening of free music!
