o Grace Bowers (3:00pm): A rising Rock n Funk star from Nashville known for her amazing Guitar skills. She became famous on social media and has been playing with legends ever since, including a performance at the 67th Grammy Awards.

o Joywave (4:30pm): A WEQX favorite, get ready to DANCE with music influenced by Dance Pop, Disco, Electronic & Hip-Hop.

  • Friday, May 8: 6:00 a.m. through Sunday, May 10 at 8:00 p.m. — Washington Park Parking Restrictions:
    • Washington Park Road, east side from Hudson Avenue north 6 spaces
    • Washington Park Road, both sides from New Scotland Avenue to Lake Avenue
  • Friday, May 8: 11:00 p.m. until Sunday, May 10 at 10:00 p.m.
    • Washington Park – ALL ROADWAYS including Henry Johnson Boulevard
  • Saturday, May 9 and Sunday, May 10: 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. each day (sponsor parking):
    • Englewood Place, both sides from Western Avenue to the south dead end
    • Thurlow Terrace, both sides form Western Avenue to the south dead end
  • Saturday, May 9 at 6:00 a.m. until May 10 at 8:00 p.m.
    • Madison Avenue, north side from the bus stop east of New Scotland Avenue east 12 space
    • State Street, south side 4 spaces west of Henry Johnson Boulevard
    • South Pearl Street, west side 2 spaces south of State Street
    • Madison Avenue, north side 2 spaces west of Grand Street
    • Elk Street, both sides 3 spaces west of Eagle Street

    • Road Closures

      • Friday, May 8: 6:00 a.m. through Sunday, May 10 at 8:00 p.m. (open to vendors only)
        • Washington Park Road, from New Scotland Avenue to Lake Avenue
      • Friday, May 8: 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. — Street Scrubbing Event:
        • State Street between Eagle Street and Lodge Street will be closed to all traffic. CDTA will re-route all buses that normally use State Street to Pine Street via Lodge Street in both the eastbound and westbound directions. All motor vehicle traffic will be diverted during these hours. All parking will be prohibited on this section of State Street during these hours.
      • Friday, May 8: 11:00 p.m. through Sunday, May 10 at 10:00 p.m. — Washington Park, ALL ROADS, will be closed to all traffic
      • The following roadways will be closed to all but local residents and emergency vehicles on Saturday, May 9 and Sunday, May 10 from 9:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day:
        • Lancaster Street between Lark Street and Willett Street
        • Hudson Avenue between Lark Street and Willett Street
        • Willett Street between Madison Avenue and State Street
        • Henry Johnson between Western and State Street
        • State Street between Robin and Lark Street
      • The following roadways will be closed to all traffic on Saturday, May 9 and Sunday, May 10 from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. each day:
        • Englewood Place between Western Avenue and the south dead end (sponsor parking)

      Shuttle Bus Services

      A CDTA shuttle bus will be running from 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. both Saturday, May 9 and Sunday, May 10. The bus will make a loop to the following stops where parking is available:

      • State Street at Henry Johnson Boulevard: bus will stop on the southwest corner on State Street
      • South Pearl Street at State Street: bus will stop on the southwest corner on South Pearl Street
      • Madison Avenue and Eagle Street: bus will stop on the northeast corner on Madison Avenue
      • Elk Street at Eagle Street: bus will stop on Elk Street
      • Elk Street at North Hawk Street: bus will stop on Elk Street

– Free Tulip Festival Parking locations: Elk Street parking lot, located behind the State Education Building & Eagle Street parking lot, located at the corner of Eagle Street and Madison Avenue. FREE CDTA shuttle service to and from the park from Eagle Street Garage and Elk Street Parking Lot from 10am – 6:00pm

– Free Handicap Parking is located at Albany Medical Center at Robin & Morris St. FREE accessible CDTA shuttle to and from handicap parking will run continuously from 10:00 am – 6:00 p.m

– 518 Stage at the Lakehouse features local artists like Keegan James, The Sugar Hold, The Belle Curves & 97otis

– American Cancer Society is volunteering in the Beer Garden and 100% of tips go to their cause.
