If you’re a fan of Muddy Waters and Bo Diddley, or even Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix, and Rolling Stones, then you’ve heard the songs of Willie Dixon. This season, Big Head Todd and the Monsters will join forces with three second-generation blues stars, Mud Morganfield, Billy Branch and Ronnie Baker Brooks, to pay tribute to one of the pillars of modern blues, and one of the most influential songwriters of early rock and roll.
It’s back! Come one come all. See and be seen at the annual Halloween party under the heated tent in the lot across from the The Barrel Saloon & Texas BBQ. Costume required, monetary prize costume contest, professional photos, live DJ, and much more! Party starts at 9:30PM and runs until 12:30AM.

EQX is excited to help spread the word about the Melt Away Cancer Benefit, happening Friday, September 30th, and Saturday October 1st in Troy.
“Melt Away Cancer”, put together by Prism Glassworks. Last time over $6,000.00 was raised for Memorial Sloan Kettering. This year there will be a glassblowing “Flameraiser” at Prism Glassworks kicking off Friday, September 30th, to feature female artists, Tammy Baller, Torchress, Emily Marie, Dvannentart, Erin Cartee, Sarah Marblesbee and Mouse who will be creating amazing works of art to be donated for a silent auction on October 1st. There will be a VIP Pass available for $20 which includes food drinks, a pass for day two and 5 Raffle tickets.

Day 2 will be a fun filled day with a benefit concert. Located at The Little Italy Market place featuring local acts Lucky Jukebox Brigade, Victory Soul Orchestra, Erin Harkes, The CC Vagabonds and more. There will also be a Blacksmithing demo from Aggressive Metalworks, Glassblowing demo with Prism Glassworks and other live art demonstrations. Craft beers and food trucks from some of our favorite local flavors, Bounce house and wall climb for the kids. The Silent Auction will have the work from our talented artists from day 1 as well as gift certificates and items from local businesses and we will be holding raffles all day. All of this for just for a small-suggested donation of $10. All proceeds raised this year will go directly towards research Low-Grade Carcinomas.
