Swing and Blues Dance with Annie & The Hedonists

Join us for a night of swing and blues dancing!  Kicking-off at 7:30 pm with dance lessons with The Spa City Swingers, the event will feature live music from Annie & the Hedonists.

Whether you are a social dancer, a beginner or a connoisseur of music and great atmosphere, The Park Theater will feature music stylings that are delightfully listenable and eminently dance-able.

Rock the Dock Music Festival

 A music festival for all ages featuring live music on the pier which can be enjoyed from the dock or aboard the steamboats that surround the stage. Many craft and food vendors will also be in attendance this year as well as a merchandise tent featuring posters, t-shirts and other band memorabilia!

Frendly Gathering 2018

For three days at the end of June, we invite you to join us for music, camping, community and a big dose of frendship at the Frendly Gathering. Tucked into the green mountains of Northern Vermont, we are thrilled to return to our new home on Mt. Ellen at Sugarbush Resort, one of New England’s largest ski areas conveniently located 50 minutes from Burlington, Vt.
Heralded as one of New England’s premier music and camping festivals, Frendly Gathering features three days of intimate live music with a lineup for all genres of music fans. Frendly Gathering is set to showcase 20+ musical acts to play on unique stages throughout the festival grounds. EXPOsion! 2018

Bennington, Vermont and the surrounding Valley of Vermont and Berkshires of Massachusetts make up one of the most vibrant arts communities in the United States. Come see what is happening in the upcoming season on April 25 when we roll out the season schedules, special events, festivals, lineups and openings all in one place. Exhibit tables are booking fast. Book your full 8 foot table or shared table today. There will be a table and a table cloth with two chairs per 8 foot table. Don’t wait, and be sure to tell your followers you’ll be there!

There is a panel discussion from 10am to 11:45 on Advertising in a Multi Media World. Exhibitors, Signature and Gold sponsors include varying admission to the discussion as part of their fee. (see ticket description) Paid members of The Bennington Area Arts Council may attend free. Please make a reservation for the panel discussion in any case.

The floor opens to the public from noon to 3pm. Public admission to the exhibit hall is free.

A Taste of Albany 2018

A Taste of Albany is a culinary showcase of Capital Region restaurants and chefs, celebrating with entertainment, silent auction, and great views from the NYS Museum Terrace Gallery.

For 13 years, this event has attracted Capital Region friends and foodies, all to enjoy a night of food, fun, and fighting homelessness.

Proceeds from A Taste of Albany benefit Interfaith Partnership for the Homeless (IPH), an agency working to improve the lives of the homeless and low-income community in the Capital Region and beyond.

Baby Animal Days (April 11th thru May 6th)

Every spring Indian Ladder Farms comes to life with sights, sounds, smells and touch. Come into our Baby Animal Barn where tour participants will see, pet and learn about chicks, turkey poults, ducklings, goslings, bunnies, lambs, goat kids, piglets, and calves.  Visit our new Goat Playground and learn about goat behavior while cheering on our lively goat kids as they romp and play with toys. Tour our outdoor farm animal exhibits of adult cows, pigs, goats, sheep and poultry to see what baby farm animals will look like when they are all grown up.

Admission to the Baby Animal Barn is $7 per child. (No charge for children 12 months and under. No charge for adults accompanying children. Adults without children–$7.)
